Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Ready training platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ready Training Platform ("Ready," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Ready provides an AI-powered online training platform designed for the restoration industry. Our services include:

  • Access to training modules covering water, fire, mold, and contents restoration.
  • Interactive quizzes and assessments.
  • AI-powered coaching and learning assistance.
  • Progress tracking and reporting dashboards.
  • Team management tools (available on Team and Pro plans).
  • Certificates of completion.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Plans

Ready offers multiple subscription tiers: Solo (free), Team, and Pro. Features and pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refunds

New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase. After 14 days, all charges are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or training content to unauthorized users.
  • Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our training materials without written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorization.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including training modules, videos, text, graphics, logos, quizzes, AI-generated coaching responses, and software — is the property of Ready Training Platform or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the training content for your personal or internal business training purposes only.

7. AI Coaching Disclaimer

The AI coaching assistant is designed to support your learning and provide general guidance on restoration industry topics. However:

  • AI-generated responses are for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional, legal, or safety advice.
  • Always follow applicable local codes, IICRC standards, OSHA regulations, and manufacturer guidelines in real-world restoration work.
  • Ready is not liable for decisions made based on AI coaching responses.

8. Certifications & Credentials

Certificates of completion issued by Ready acknowledge that you have completed specific training modules on our platform. These certificates:

  • Are not official IICRC certifications or government-recognized licenses.
  • Do not replace any legally required certifications, training, or licensing in your jurisdiction.
  • Are intended to supplement — not substitute — formal industry certification programs.

9. Team Accounts

If you subscribe to a Team or Pro plan:

  • The account administrator is responsible for managing team members and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
  • Each team member seat is for a single named individual and may not be shared.
  • The administrator may view team members' training progress, quiz scores, and completion records.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Training Platform and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ready Training Platform from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use and cancel your subscription.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
