Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Head to our pricing page and choose the plan that fits your needs. The Solo plan is free — just sign up with your email and you're in. For Team and Pro plans, you'll be guided through a simple checkout process.

How do I log in to the platform?

Click the Login button in the top navigation bar or go directly to the Platform Login page. Enter the email and password you used during signup.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

Training & Courses

What training modules are available?

Ready covers the core restoration disciplines, including:

  • Water damage mitigation and restoration
  • Fire and smoke damage restoration
  • Mold assessment and remediation
  • Contents cleaning and restoration
  • Safety and compliance protocols

New modules and updated content are added regularly based on industry standards and member feedback.

How do quizzes and assessments work?

Each module includes interactive quizzes to test comprehension. You can retake quizzes as many times as needed. Your best score is recorded on your progress dashboard.

Do I get a certificate when I finish?

Yes. Upon completing a module and passing the final assessment, you'll receive a digital certificate of completion you can download and share.

AI Coaching Assistant

What is the AI coaching assistant?

The AI coaching assistant is your on-demand training companion. It can answer restoration-specific questions, explain concepts from the training modules, quiz you on material, and help you prepare for real-world scenarios.

Is there a limit to how many questions I can ask?

Solo plan members have a generous monthly allowance of AI coaching interactions. Team and Pro plan members get unlimited AI coaching sessions.

Team Management

How do I add team members? (Team & Pro plans)

From your team dashboard, click "Invite Member" and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to join your team's training environment. You can manage roles and track everyone's progress from a single dashboard.

Can I assign specific courses to team members?

Yes. Team and Pro plans include custom onboarding workflows and role-based learning paths. You can assign specific modules based on each team member's role, experience level, or certification needs.

How does IICRC certification tracking work?

The platform tracks each team member's progress toward IICRC-aligned training objectives. While Ready training complements IICRC certification, formal certification must still be obtained through IICRC-approved channels.

Billing & Plans

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Is there a refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.
