  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team or through the platform.

When you use the platform, we automatically collect:

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, training modules completed, quiz scores, and time spent on the platform.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Ready training platform.
  • Process transactions and send related billing information.
  • Track training progress and generate completion certificates.
  • Power the AI coaching assistant with context about your learning history.
  • Send you platform updates, new feature announcements, and training tips (you can opt out anytime).
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We work with trusted third parties (such as Stripe for payments, and hosting providers) that help us operate the platform. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Team administrators: If you are part of a team account, your team administrator can view your training progress, quiz scores, and completion status.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
  • Secure authentication through our identity provider (Memberstack).
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring.
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
